Outpatient therapy provides individuals with flexible, personalized mental health support without the need for overnight stays. Through regularly scheduled sessions—typically once a week—clients work with licensed therapists to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.
Our outpatient services are designed to fit into your daily routine, allowing you to receive care while continuing with work, school, or family life. Therapy sessions may be conducted individually, with family members, or in group settings, either in-person or via secure telehealth platforms.
Whether you're seeking short-term support or working toward long-term personal growth, outpatient therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life
A Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA) is the first step in understanding your mental health needs and creating a personalized plan for care. This in-depth evaluation is conducted by a licensed mental health professional and explores a wide range of areas including emotional health, behavioral patterns, medical history, family dynamics, and social functioning.
During the assessment, we’ll take the time to get to know you or your child, identify current concerns, and gather important background information. The goal is to develop a clear clinical picture that guides accurate diagnosis and informs the most effective treatment approach.
Whether you’re seeking services for the first time or need a reassessment, a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment provides the foundation for meaningful, goal-oriented mental health support planning
School-Based Therapy brings mental health support directly to students within their school environment, making it easier for children and teens to access the care they need. Licensed therapists work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school staff to help address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that may impact learning and well-being.
By providing therapy on-site during the school day, students can receive consistent support without missing significant class time or requiring transportation. Services may include individual therapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with academic staff to promote overall success both in and out of the classroom. We are currently located in select Durham and Johnston County schools
Intensive In-Home Services are structured, team-based mental health interventions provided in the comfort of your home. Our team of trained professionals provides individualized support, crisis intervention, skill-building, and therapy aimed at improving communication, strengthening relationships, and managing difficult behaviors. Services are flexible and often include multiple visits each week, tailored to meet the unique needs of your family.
By addressing challenges in the home environment, Intensive In-Home Services help families develop practical tools to work through conflict, reduce hospitalizations, and support long-term mental wellness.

Medication management is an essential part of comprehensive mental health care. It involves working closely with a licensed medical provider—such as a psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant—to ensure that psychiatric medications are safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs.
During medication management appointments, we assess how you’re responding to your current medications, monitor for side effects, and make any necessary adjustments to dosage or prescriptions. We also take the time to answer your questions and educate you about how medications work and what to expect.
Our goal is to support your overall well-being by finding the right balance of medication and therapy, helping you manage symptoms and improve your quality of life.
